Amazing to deal with. Ivan had towed another truck off the highway that was 100 feet from where my truck broke down. I was pretty broke trying to figure out how to get my own tow truck to come for me when he showed up for the other one. I ran up and asked if he could help me out with the limited money I had. He went and dropped the other truck off and came back within about 30 min later when he had other people waiting just so I wouldn't freeze from the cold. I gave him the little money I had and said he merry Christmas and not to worry about the rest. Thanks for the ride home Ivan!!

Guy did my brother a solid by parking his broken down truck at his shop until he was able to get back to Ponoka from edmonton with parts a week later. And my brother also said that when the guy says he's going to be 30 minutes, he's usually there earlier than that!

I’ve used first call towing 3x now, they’ve always been easy to deal with, fast (as they can be) and super inexpensive. The owner who operates a truck is a great guy. Wish there was a way to support Him more without having to blow tires on the highway.
I wish you the best in your future. Hope everything works out with this company as they’re a real asset to Ponoka.

Ponoka First Call Towing came out and replaced our blown out tire on the shoulder of Highway 2 on Thanksgiving Day. It would've been suicide to try to replace the tire ourselves - two guys and two trucks came out, slowed down traffic (sorry to anyone who was travelling south!!) and replaced our tire with speed and professionalism.

Amazing customer service, definitely would recommend to anyone who is stuck in the area albeit, I called with a very peculiar request and after a slight chuckle the driver was on his way. They truly will come to the rescue for anything not matter the problem. The man who helped me, turned around and drove over an hour to help me get a golf cart off a deck, I’d say the pricing was fair enough for the task at hand and done swiftly and courteously.

Being a ponoka resident I've heard many people rave about this company. When I had to use them for a tow I called to get a quote and was quoted $300-$400 for a tow of a Ford focus from Morningside exit ramp off of highway 2 back to Ponoka. Was highly disappointed. I even asked if he was sure about that price and verified the car and where we were and was told that yes it would be $300-$400 roughly. Extremely disappointed in this company. I ended up going with another towing company from Ponoka that quoted me $120 and then fixed our issue on the road so we could drive it back to my house with no issues. Only had to pay $63 for that. That's a company that values their customers.
