Installed a hot water tank in my home. Riley was polite, very knowledgeable and well prepared to do the installation. I am very impressed with the efforts of Riley, he protected my home from possible water damage, leak tested all connections.
If you require a plumber call this shop as they are a smaller shop and go out of their way to ensure excellent work is completed speedily all while double checking their work for correctness.

Poor customer service! Went to their office today to clarify the charges on the receipts they issued after installing water heater tank last Thursday, the guy started raising his voice at me when I was calmly talking to the female staff. After they got the money they will just treat customers rudely. Will not recommend to anyone.

Unprofessional service, I had a leaking and plugged sink drain, they did come quickly but after suggesting I replace all the plumbing under my sink...it lasted a couple days then plugged up again and still leaked. I then tried to fix this myself as I am a single mother and work 9-5....I took too long (2 weeks) to tell them of the problem, they charged me AGAIN 500$ later...Thanks Ponoka Plumbing.

This place is absolutely amazing! They have old hardware that they're smart enough to keep and re-sell. I've never had a problem with anything that I've picked up there for a project and if I did - I trust the staff/owners to make it right. I can't recommend them enough. The lady there is so polite/kind and the guys are real honest straight-shooters. God bless.

These guys are awesome! Any issue I've ever had they've been able to help by answering my questions and or selling me the parts to solve the problem. A hot water tank thermostat was rushed in with 5 min to spare. They stuck around to make sure I got the part. Excellent service!

They have all kinds of uncommon parts in stock that the big box stores don't carry. Staff are very knowledgeable about hot water boilers and are happy to answer questions. Pricing reasonable and as quoted.
