I am overwhelmed at how well I was treated by the entire staff. I was terrified of dentists due to past experiences decades ago, but everyone here took excellent care of me, both physically and emotionally.

So grateful to Dr. Jag for double tooth extraction. My first time to this clinic and I have to say my best dental experience ever. Great staff, very professional and the dental assistant was very friendly and present. I left feeling like they cared. Thank you!!!

Reception ladies were very nice. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was even emailed a quote prior to my appointment to have an estimate on the cost. That is such a wonderful thing to do so I don't get a surprise bill. The dentist was also great, and very friendly and informative. I had to wait to get my prescription faxed over and the receptionist even called me to let me know so I could have an idea of when to go to the pharmacy. Covid social distancing and cleanliness measures were also great. Overall great experience, thank you everyone!

Doctor Sam is awesome! Very professional and efficient! Always explains procedures and options in detail. Hygienist Deirdre is lovely! Very gentle and capable! Both of them have done much to relieve my anxiety of going to the dentist! Thank you!

First, the receptionist was loud and sharing everyone’s personal info in front of the whole waiting room full of people, not professional. Then when we finally went in, hygienist asked the reason for our visit multiple times, took X-rays and then the doctor finally comes in and says “what’s the reason of your visit?” Like didn’t your assistant tell you or did you get a chance to look at the X-ray? Anyways I explain my concern about my kid’s tooth and he repeated multiple times, by then my kid got so anxious about it all and refused to open her mouth. They offered to fax the prescription to Walmart pharmacy, we showed up and Walmart pharmacy has no clue about it because they faxed it at the wrong number. Not the best experience at all.
