I went to the new Home Hardware store today for some plumbing parts and other hardware odds and ends. There was a huge selection of items, and lots of staff to assist customers, something noticeably absent from their competitor stores in the area.
Todd, in the Plumbing Section, was most patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took an interest in my plumbing issue. He spent over ten minutes with me, all for a $20.00 sale. I found the Aaron and the sales staff at the Contractor's desk to be equally helpful.
In all, I spent far less than $100.00, and came away very satisfied, and with all of the items I was looking for, but one.
If you want want great customer service, reasonable prices, and a wide selection of items to choose from, go nowhere else. I will be back!
