Bought myself a used car yesterday, was the best vehicle buying experience ever … got new tires, new brakes, 30 day warranty, vehicle was ‘detailed’ at pick-up, and a full tank of gas …. Awesome experience, THANK YOU all immensely

Bought a car. Needed a new battery after a month. They told me they will save me the hassel of going RMV and mail me my plate (still waiting) . Takes too long for service. First and last time im buying a car here.

We usually have good experiences here, however last visit we got our tire changed and the mechanic tried to sell us 4 new tires when our current tires were completely fine. Be careful what they recommend you because they are trying to sell you things that you don’t necessarily need!

Made an appointment on their website and only to be told "that online booking system doesn't work" on the morning of my appointment, then told me to come back in the afternoon...Staff lacked customer service skills, told me the service would be free in return for the booking error. Then the manager came out later and denied the offer...Probably the worst Honda dealer I've ever encountered. People should just take your time and go to New Glassgow or Sydney instead of dealing with the hassles from this place.

Got a great vehicle (2017 CRV brand new)for summer months only it seems,because the heater doesn't give heat the gauge drops with the speed limit, getting the run around, this has been going on for some time now, hopefully it gets rectified soon, so I can give a better review.
