Kayla is a truly gifted practitioner and a wonderful person! She really cares about her clients and is so very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I have been to her many times for reflexology, massage and fire cupping. These sessions have been so helpful and I feel so much better after! I highly recommend Kayla and Positive Healing!

Absolutely amazing! Kayla is so sweet and kind. The studio is so homey, welcoming, and comfortable. The experience I had was beyond words, and I can't say enough positive things about Positive Healing as a whole🥰
I highly recommend the cupping add on as well the sound reki.

I had a sciatica episode that rendered me weak and barely unable to move. Kayla was able to fit me that day for a massage. It was like no other. It was very spiritual and healing. It combined breath work and the massage to release tension that had been built up in my body and muscles. This was vulnerable for me- but I felt safe with Kayla and trusted her. She also applied fire cupping to also enhance the treatment to which I have never tried. This was a welcomed treatment and felt the effects of this drawing out toxins in my body long after the treatment. I truly appreciated her being guided by her intuition to provide the treatment that was required.

I have had many different treatments with Kayla and each one has been amazing. She is so thoughtful and has great knowledge of what she does and always makes time to answer any questions. The facility is so comforting with a great selection of items to purchase. P.s her helper Finn(puppy) is just too sweet

The yoga classes I've attended at Positive Healing have been incredible, unique and so healing! I've also had a cupping treatment with Kayla and she was incredible. Very intuitive and professional. This space is a hidden gem in Canmore!

If you are looking for a reset whether it be physical, emotionally, or spiritually a treatment with kayla is needed. Adding reiki and fire cupping allowed me to really release and let go!I loved how she integrates the healing of sound into treatments as well! I definitely left a different person. The facility is beautiful and the most affordable crystals I have ever seen and full of handmade local art as well!

If you haven't been to Positive Healing you should make some time to do so! It is a Gem in Canmore!

Kayla is amazing! She is super enthusiastic about what she does, and is very knowledgable about the body and how to treat it. Her new facility is very relaxing and zen-like, along with her alternative treatments. Her prices are very affordable as well. I look forward to more treatments in the future.
