I just moved to the area in Aug. I had major issues in new place. They were able to fix all my problems in reasonable time. I had them out 6 times they did great work last 4 weeks. They were able to fix each problem fast. They are very friendly and very understanding to my situation. I will always call on them when I need them. Just one more thing I need them . Hope they will be back to finish this one job.

I recently hired Mitch for my water heater replacement, and I was incredibly disappointed with the experience. When I had inquired via phone he quoted me $1400. I confirmed this quote again via text to make sure this would cover the cost of everything. However, upon completion, I was completely taken aback by the $1900 on the invoice.

During the entire process, he did not communicate to me about any additional charges. He had replaced a few pipes without any prior consultation and charged this on my bill. This lack of transparency left me appalled. If I had known about the extra charges for pipe replacement (which I did not even know about) and weekend work, I would not have chosen to proceed with Prairies Mechanical services.

After receiving the invoice, I inquired about the specific water heater used and asked him to re-consider the final cost, he completely ignored my messages. He has still not replied me.

I feel really sad for the community of Gravelbourg. I know this is the only business in the town to provide such services.
This experience has led me to believe that he could potentially increase charges with whatever he deems fit, making him an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any future services.

I am worried he would take advantage of the lovely Gravelbourg community. Please beware of this service provider, as my encounter has been marked by deceitful pricing and an alarming lack of transparency.

Fast and friendly. They are always so quick to help and they take the time to explain how things work to me. As a first time home owner, I really appreciate the knowledge! Calum came over to roto root our sewer. While he was here had him hook up the washer, replace the overflow drain on hot water tank and also look at a leaky sink on another floor. Very fast, happy hardworking young man. I am very pleased.
