Got my kid where he needed to be when he needed to be there, but left after dropping the team off before checking with the team that they had everything off the bus. Jokes on the driver... turned out the team had his luggage! Arrangements were made to exchange the forgotten items with his bag but my sons bag wasn't there. He insisted it wasn't left on the bus. Weeks later I called head office only to find it had been sitting in the lost and found at the depot. I was told the driver would contact me the next day to make arrangements for pick up but never heard from him. So disappointed in this driver. The company seems to be good to deal with but their reputation is the hands of a poor representative. So frustrated. And still don't have our bag.

While not a passenger, this bus stopped at a location in Hope BC and idled for over 45 minutes. After knocking on the window to remind the driver he was parked in a 'no idle zone', I realized the bus was actually empty -- without the driver even! When I advised him of the signage clearly stating that buses must not idle, he said "well it's hot and we're leaving in 15 minutes". Needless to say I am not impressed with this driver's response or his recklessness leaving his bus idling for over 45 minutes in a residential area.
