Customer service was excellent
Robbie saw me looking around and volunteered to help me

It turned out. I was on the wrong side of the store, but he took me to the other side of the store to find the product I was looking for

He found me a similar item, but it wasn’t quite what I wanted
He then looked it up on the computer and found the exact location for the exact thing I was looking for

The item was heavy, so he got me a cart to help me carry it out of the store

100% I will shop here again because of Robbie and his excellent customer service

No sale is final until I'm happy. Well not exactly. Called the store about a powerfist tool whoch broke on the first use. They said no receipt no problem you can get a refund... well not so much. No receipt no refund turns out. Where else would i have bought powerfist. I'm done with it. Left the tool there and walked out. No powerfist for me anymore.

Whatappened ? This was such a clean and organized store. Now it's plugged with product and not enough staff. 30 mins to buy one item....
Store needs to blow out product to make room. Get rid of obsolete products

It's one of my favorite places to shop!
This store has some of the nicest, most helpful staff around. They are always happy to help you find the "deal" you're looking for. Their selection is incredible, from automotive to farm to electronics. And if you ever need to return a part, they are very willing to help you.

It was an awful experience... The item that was on sale in the flyer wasn't available. I tried asking for help but couldn't tell the difference between an employee or another customer because they don't seem to have a uniform so I didn't know who to ask for help... The line at checkout was ridiculous... I probably won't be going back there...
