Very poor customer service and lady was so rude. Ended up getting wrong format for the photos even though i showed her the requirements that i needed for my application and now i need to retake the photos.

The cashier is the rudest person I have ever seen. She printed a hard copy for me but I just need a soft copy. She blamed me not to tell her. But she never asked. When I said the system didn’t accept the photo she doubted lie. Do waste money here

It’s a small set up inside the convenient store. Got passport photos done for my 7 mo. old for $19.99.
Put baby in dark colours, and if your baby can’t sit up assisted, bring in your car seat.
The lady that helped us was really nice. Fast service.. very happy! not too many places to get infant passport photos done.

Such a terrible service. I told her and show her the format that I need stamp on the back of one picture but she stamped both the pictures by saying that she knows how it works and she has been taking pictures for long time. she stamp on both pictures which were taken for Canadian passport and the pictures were not accepted for the application.
Also i specifically told her that I need 1 picture and on the back she can write the date address and store Information without putting stamp because ( The stamp also had auto wrote the line which supposed to be written by the guarantor not by the photographer)which is ( I certify to be a true likeliness of Appl name) . my guarantor supposed to write this on the back of my picture and sign this for me but this line was also stamped by her. I explained her but she doesn't understand any thing at all and she end up stamping both the pictures. Just a waste of money going to this store. I showed her the IRCC requirement that she only needs to stamp one photo and the other has to be stamp by the passport office. she didn't return my money back. Please never go there as she is going to waste your time and you have to end up taking new photos plus you have to go to the passport office back and fourth because of her.

Nice place to get passport or visa photos. Also excellent service for infants and kids. The lady who provided the photo service was very patient and did her work with perfection. Thanks for providing such excellent service.

Was referred here for passport photos for toddlers and infants. Lady was friendly and professional. Under 2 year old was $19.99 and everyone else is 14.99 is digital or physical. Photos came out well (will update if passport canada rejects). 27.99 for both digital and print.

Located in a small convenience store in a plaza. Plenty of free parking out front and they even had a computer for use for a small fee.
