Kaydee was my instructor for the course.
I absolutely loved her, she is super friendly, comforting and a great teacher. She taught the course in a not so daunting or intimidating way and it made me feel very confident that i could get through the course and pass! 🙂
She definitely made it a fun day and helped me open my eyes and look at customer service things with a bit better of a perspective and a clearer/better way to work with your coworkers as a team.

I did my first aid level 1, full day, course at this location. Kaydee, out instructor did a phenomenal job walking us through the theory and following up with the practical/hands-on portion to really cement what we learnt
