Finding the right school is hard for every parents because you never know what you signed up your kids for until later.
I’m sharing my experience about the school and wish everyone who send their kids have the same greatest success like my son.

My son was diagnosed with Autism around 2 years old and attended the school for 2 years and I have seen incredible progress. The staff are dedicated to his success. They are incredibly patient, and caring he has hit major milestones thanks to the aid's, teachers and facilitators. We look forward to return the school on his kindergarten year.

As a parent, there is nothing of greater importance than for your children to be surrounded with good people who genuinely care for their well-being and who have their best interest at heart. It is a tough job -caring for people you are not related to, let alone those with special care needs and challenges (I should know, I am a nurse by profession). It takes a lot of commitment, patience, dedication, and self-denial.

For this reason, I will forever be grateful to Providence for providing my son with unconditional support and acceptance, for guiding him and helping him overcome his challenges, and for genuinely celebrating all his accomplishments. It has been a beautiful journey watching my son grow from having very limited words to communicate with, to now being able to express himself confidently. You have given our family a precious gift that we couldn’t have achieved without you.

Thank you, Providence!

I have consistently recommended Providence and will continue to do so. My 3- year old has had tremendous success with the school. After trying numerous therapies without much progress, we found that Providence has made a significant difference for our three-year-old in just 3 1/2 months. I was initially hesitant to send him to school due to his autism and nonverbal nature, but Providence has alleviated my concerns. We have seen notable improvements in his ability to communicate, interact with other children, and overcome sensory issues. He now eagerly grabs our hands to show us what he wants, is no longer afraid of stairs, wears shoes, and gets along better with others. Additionally, he adores attending school and insists on bringing his jacket, backpack, and shoes to me at 11 o'clock every day to express his eagerness to go. Although he sometimes gets upset when he can't attend school, he is making remarkable strides.
Thank you to everyone who has gone above and beyond to make my son’s life easier, and to make him happier.
We definitely would not be where we are today without all of your support.

My daughter absolutely loved attending Providence for preschool. She has a severe speech delay and we saw some great progress within a few months of her attending. The staff are kind and caring. You can tell they are genuinely interested in the well being of children attending the school. We can’t wait to come back for JK!

Providence has been truly amazing for both of my children with speech delays. Between all the hard work and dedication of all the teachers, the teacher assistants and professional therapists both my children’s speech and general life skills have improved greatly and they have truly grown into such amazing little people. I would also like to give a shout out to the staff at the front reception for always being so welcoming , the administrative staff for all the work they do behind the scenes and the staff that keep the school clean and the children well fed. I would highly recommend Providence to any families with young children that require that little bit extra help!

This is the best school for any special needs child. My kids always look forward to going to school everyday. My daughter that was severe speech delayed became a talkertive within 1 year of attending this school. My last baby just got accepted too, and I can wait to see blossom. Thank you to the wonderful team of teachers, the aides, the therapist and the wonderful Debra the Intake manager, they truly love their job in caring for these kids.

Disappointed at how much the standards of care have changed in just 2 years, since my oldest attended.

We were so excited for our youngest to attend, and felt that Providence was the gold standard in special needs support and especially in Early Intervention (EI).

Numerous incidents occured over the course of the year, that we let slide as we had significant medical issues with our oldest and didn't, have the energy to tackle things that should not be happening in a special needs program that specifically states it allows the child to learn in a safe and fun environment. It described as a program specially designed for children at an early stage of their development ..... working with children 19 month and up with "SEVERE" delay or disability. I'm pretty sure my little guy fell in the SEVERE category and he required a walker for most of the year, is non verbal and neurology has assessed him at 12-15 months. Which was communicated repeatedly to the teacher and subsequently ignored.

It wasn't until early Feb one day as I was driving to the school, as my little one screamed (once he realized he knew where he was going) it clued in to me, my little guy really, really doesn't like going there and I started connecting the incidents over the past number of months and felt sick along with an immense amount of guilt that I had not spoke up sooner.

We met with the Education Lead who was excellent, caring and understanding. The Vice President still to this day did not understand the issue, which is very sad because the issue was the care and treatment a vulnerable child received in what is supposed to be a safe space. What happened him was cruel and traumatizing for 6+ months preventing him from developing a sense of attachment and safety at school.

If I had my time back and knew he would be treated that appalling we never would have attended Providence again. Our experience with our oldest was lovely and nothing at all like this year.

If I could give 100 stars I would. My daughter has spent the last 3 years at this amazing school and has grown so much I honestly don't know where we'd be without them. Through a pandemic the teachers would hand deliver packages of materials for us do for the week, plus group and one on one sessions on zoom. They made sure their students didn't fall through any cracks. I have watched my daughter grow from a child with only 3 words in her vocabulary and somewhat shy to this amazing tiny human that has definitely found her voice. Not only are all of the teachers, aids, and therapists amazing but administration staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I ever had. They really mean it when they say open door policy. I am definitely going to miss everyone at the school when my daughter goes to elementary school for grade 1. If you are looking for an amazing school that will help your child grow and become an amazing tiny human send them here. BEST SCHOOL EVER!!!!
