I am Nanette Abad, I can’t imagine going back to school at Keele vaughan Campus. I just recently completed my Customer Service Certificate. It was very challenging for me to learned Microsoft word and Excel at my age of 63 yrs old. I truly appreciate with the help, guidance and support of my instructor name Ambreen Fatima, I was successfully finished my course. She was wonderful, terrific and awesome instructor. She is one of the best instructor. I was inspired of her to fulfilled my dreams and wishes.

Today is my last day with PTC college. I have nothing but excellent experience. The teachers are excellent. The administration is amazing. I see they are not only teachers but they sit down and helping for all problems. They listen and help me alot when I had difficulties with my pain and when I had difficulties concentrating. Thank you so much to Sagal, Simon and Sarah for a great experience.

I wrote my MCAT here and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. Their noise cancelling headphones are amazing, with my earplugs I didn't hear anything (even the other test taker whispering to himself right next to me). The site is not too cold or not too hot. New computers with a large screen and proper resolution (unlike my previous experience in a different site). The staff are professional and made sure we all have a smooth test day. Absolutely happy.

I just finished an on line customer service course with Scarborough, Ontario, Canada location.
I would like to share that I had an amazing tutor by the name of Harpreet Kaur.
She was always there every day on time. Whenever I needed her, she would be available right away. Apart from being polite, courteous and understanding, she showed lots of patience and was very helpful. She would not leave until the problem was solved and I had understood the concept.

I wish all schools and colleges had tutors like Harpreet Kaur it would change the way people view on line schools and education.

I wish Harpreet Kaur all the best in her future and would like to thank PT College from the bottom of my heart for providing me such a wonderful tutor which made my learning so much easier

1. I walked into a classroom where my instructor was telling a few students that the Philippines were the best PSW's. I happen to know of some PSWs from the orient and Canadian that happen to be very good.
2. I got screamed at by the instructor for not passing an exam
3. Got screamed at again because my classmates made a rude remark about the school. But they were not brought into the office. I wasnt even given a chance to defend myself.
4. Was refused my papers for income tax by head office
