I had a wonderful experience staying at Ramshorn Motel with my friends for three nights. We booked a room with two queen beds and a kitchen, and it was perfect for our needs. The motel exceeded our expectations in terms of both service and cleanliness. The staff was friendly, always available when I needed assistance, and they answered the phone promptly whenever I called.

What really stood out to me was how responsive the staff was. Whenever I asked for something, they took care of it right away, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. I felt completely secure during my time there, which made me feel even more at ease.

The service was top-notch, and after enjoying my time there, I decided to extend my stay for another night. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially for the quality of the room and the overall experience. Always a great stay at Ramshorn Motel in Lumby! The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are clean, the sheets are fresh, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about keeping the place well-maintained. Definitely one of my go-to spots, never disappointed!

This motel was terrible. Right from the time I made the reservation to the time we checked out.
When making the reservation I had told the reception I would like to book for 3 nights, and have the dates. She kept getting the dates wrong and then wanted to charge my credit card before even arriving.
Upon arrival there are 2 phone numbers to call for reception. No one answered- we called 4 times, and finally another employee seen us standing there and called reception. When we were checking in they have a note book with guests credit card information hand written down. I could see all of my credit information as well as another guest. She charged us in full for the 3 nights when we checled in. The rooms and linen are not clean. Crumbs on the floor. No housekeeping services. Linen on the bed was for maybe a twin bed that they tried putting on a queen. No closet or luggage rack. The dresser is right up against the bed so you can't even access the drawers. There is a 24 hour gym underneath the motel, so you hear weights hitting the floor. Our last night there we listened to blaring music from the gym from 8pm until midnight and thats when we decided to leave for Vernon to get a room. I called frontdesk to see if they had access to the gym, she said they didn't and seemed not to care. I told her we wanted a refund for our last night there, as the disturbance from the gym was keeping us awake. She said she couldn't do that and a manager would call me the next day. We left for Vernon and never heard back from anyone.

I had a fantastic experience at this motel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed. The bed was super cozy, and I slept like a dream. The location is quiet, and the fast Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. Overall, great value for the price. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

I stayed at the Ramshorn Motel in Lumby for three nights and honestly had a great experience. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s comfortable and felt just right for a quiet stay.

The owners were super friendly and helpful—really welcoming and down to earth. You can tell they care about the place and take pride in keeping it in great shape.

It’s also in a great spot—nice and quiet, but still close to everything in town. I had no trouble getting around, and it was a perfect base for exploring the area.

If you’re looking for a simple, clean, and affordable place to stay in Lumby, I’d definitely recommend the Ramshorn Motel. I’d happily stay there again.
