My peterbuilts alternator went in freezing weather here on January 11th 2024 and I called ratchet mechanical and they came out right away and fixed it they had the parts in stocks and didn't take them long to fix . They really saved me here because it's just supposed to get colder yet the next couple of days thank you!!

I can't express how appreciative I am of Trevor. We were broke down in Hardisty and within an hour he was there to bust his balls to get us back on the road. The job was not at all an easy one either.

Very disappointed in this business. When a truck driver calls in desperate need of even a little help, out on the road with a big issue; to basically be told to get lost because they were too busy? To not even offer a little advice or the closest shop ? Something other than “sorry, can’t help you, bye” would have great !!
