My youngest son has been followed by a team of wonderful professionals from Reach since he was two years old. He was diagnosed with autism and is continually supported in preschool and by Reach’s ABA program. His speech, play and social interactions have developed immensely. He is so excited to see all the staff at Reach when they visit, which makes me feel extremely confident as a parent. We truly appreciate each and every person at Reach that has follow us in P’s journey and can’t wait to see how he develops in the coming years. Thank you for ALL that you do!

Engaged their professional service for ABA program for my child. Stopped my service after my complaint. Can't give me the paperworks, reports etc upon request because no proper filing management and system. Behavior Consultant go on 3+weeks leave without notification, did not inform me for not being able to attend meeting and did not consult me to go ahead with the meeting or not because it's their practice, No arrangement at all when the Behaviour Consultant is away.. Their Speech Language Pathologist did not do assessments professionally. Lack of transparency and details of their ABA program. The Behaviour Consultant or Speech Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist supposed to do the assessments job, but instead, Behaviour Interventionist was doing the assessments job. Did not have proper process of Intervention Closure/Termination. After 6 months of intervention, I can only see some improvement in my child's fine/gross motor, play and cognition, but very little improvement in his language, and none at all in his speech (because no intervention done at all).
