These guys took a rental water heater out of my house (charged me to pick it up) and damaged my back door frame with their dolly on the way out. (Brand new door and I told the guy watch the new door.) Called them, said the guy damaged the door, then they requested pictures, then they requested two quotes for repairs from two different companies to get it repaired. At that point I gave up with the back and forth garbage and them trying to get out of fixing the damage.

I don't recommend Reliance, they were not great to deal with and kept jacking the price for the rental every year.

I had an excellent experience with the Reliance Team. From my initial call, to the technician, the Home Comfort Advisor, to the installers. These guys were amazing! . They were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.
My heating and cooling system is working perfectly now. I highly recommend Bradley Chisholm and this team of gentlemen for anyone who needs reliable and top-quality service! Thanks again.

The call centre was very helpful. The technician called when he was on his way and extremely friendly. They arrived within an hour and a half of the call. He assessed the issue and replaced our water heater. He was very good at explaining the settings to me when he was finished. The house was left the way it looked when he arrived.

Great experience. Tech extremely helpful and helped me understand my furnace issues. Explained in a way that I can understand. Showed me the built up calcium filter. Offered service advisor to come and talk to me regarding a water softener system. Showed me the shut off switch for humility and how to switch from summer to winter. Offered and explained plumbing services.
I’m very satisfied with the service today and would recommend. Thank you.
