This should not be listed as a hotel. They said it has a kitchenette, but there are no utensils, cups, nothing. When people are traveling, they are not taking a kitchen set of dishes and utensils along with them. So do not offer this as a full kitchenette if you do not provide anything to be able to use any of the offerings.

The noise is non-stop from this 'hotel' as well since it is a dorm.
The room above me had constant footsteps all night long. They also placed me right beside the laundry room and elevator, which I assume they keep for guests and not actual residents. With it being a dorm, expect students who live here to be coming and going all night long at all hours. They are also not quiet when doing so.

I booked my trip through Expedia, using the filters this hotel came up as pet friendly. When I had gotten to the hotel, I had walked my dog in no problem. Around 11:30, I had gone down to the reception desk to ask if I could move my room as the people above me were being so loud I could not sleep. She said she could move us, and I had requested to not be right by the elevators as I didn't want my dog to bark. She then said this is not a pet friendly hotel, I am now obligated to tell my manager. We went back and forth, I asked if I needed to leave now. I told her I would be happy to if I could get a refund. She said since it was booked through Expedia, this would be something she could not do. I went back to my room unsure if someone was going to knock asking me to leave. We ended up leaving at 4 am as the noise from the room above did not stop, and I was unsure if I would be wakened to be asked to leave.

One of the worst stays I have ever been at. Spend an extra $50 and stay at a real hotel.

This place is a college dormitory. It comes with a kitchenette, but the kitchenette is useless as the unit does not come with any kitchenware. No tableware, no cookware, no dishrack and dishsoap. The property will provided disposable, compostable plates and disposable, compostable cutlery, but did not offer bowls. Expect to either pack your own or buy your own from the nearby grocery store.

$400 for one night. Difficult to find entrance. No one answered to front desk phone or msg I left(It is now 2 days later)The young man at the dest condesended to me for requesting 2 keys in a double occupancy room and walked me out to activate my own key like he was scolding a child. Same employee was very rude to my bf when he asked for an extra pillow (3 total for the room) no tv or coffee maker, I should have seen that on the website, but wasn't looking for basic items. The only thing that saved this place at all was Sasha, the employee who helped me check out, she was helpful and kind.

I Want to recognize the exemplary service by Itoro. This woman is incredible at her job.

I booked online through Expedia and thought this was a pet-friendly place to stay. I checked in without my dog and later brought the dog inside.

In the morning, Itoro addressed this in such a professional manner that I was so profoundly impressed with her polite firmness regarding the dog issue. She asked that I check out instead of demanding it. She was gracious, but I felt an air that I had put her in a bad position, possibly feeling that she was going to be responsible for my error.

I want her superiors to know what a fantastic front-line representative they have in her.

As for the stay, the check-in is world-class. The property is immaculate. The room was spotless and very comfortable. A full fridge and freezer, and a stove are a very welcome addition to a short-term stay.

If I happen to come back to Kelowna without my dog, this is where I will look to stay. The price is unbeatable. Pair the accommodation with the service, and it is a solid 5-star experience.

Waste of Money ! Don’t ever book this place! I booked my stay here for 7 nights. The room allotted to me was with a non functioning microwave and a bathroom which stinked like sewer. There is absolutely no noise insulation. Students party all night and you will be not be able to sleep. I got interrupted in my sleep 2-3 times. I asked for a room change. The front desk didn’t get me room for atleast 2 days . Reason being they are super busy. To get a parking permit I had to stand in line for 45 mins. Finally I got a new room facing a roof (no views) . The rooms have a kitchen but no utensils. You even have to bring your own dish soap and every cooking essentials. How do you expect a traveller to do that. I asked for compensation and the manager did not provide any. Will never book here again.

Great stay for the price! We liked the location as it was in a quiet area. There was a lot of parking available for free which was nice. Great cafes nearby!
