We put our son in an elite defence camp over the summer. Cost was very high but we decided to do it since it was highly recommended to us and our expectations was that the level of training and overall experience would be reflective of the cost. We were extremely disappointed since it was mostly scrimmage and standing around.

I contacted RHP twice to discuss our experience and wanting to know if maybe our expectations were not aligned with the goals of the camp. We were never given the courtesy of a call or email back.

For this reason, I will not be returning to RHP. Since our experience, speaking with others in the hockey community, we started hearing many similar experiences and that there has been a steady decline in the quality of training over the recent years. Saddening but we saw it and had to share our experience.

I would give more stars if I could.
My son loves coming here for goalie development. The owner and coaches are so nice and you can tell they really take pride in their work. The environment is so positive and my son has developed so much since he started here. It’s incredible to see such huge growth in such little time.
We’re lifers now and highly recommend! My son wakes up every morning and asks when his next RHP session is.

We brought our son and daughter for 2 full days of action packed hockey training. Both kids loved it and couldn’t stop talking about their experiences. The staff was amazing, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. We will definitely attend another camp in the future.

We’ve been bringing our 8 year old to RHP for 5+ years, for skating lessons, private player development, group hockey sessions, blade training and now goalie development. The staff and owners have always been extremely welcoming and the training is top shelf. We look forward to our guy’s continued growth in the game.

My son loved skating at RHP, his favourite part was chasing bubbles on the ice. The small ratio of skaters to coaches allowed more individual time with each skater to increase confidence and skills.

Our boys truly enjoyed their experience at RHP. The staff was so helpful and patient. They took the time to teach our boys proper skating techniques.

Have spent lots of money over the last 3-4 years at RHP but not anymore. Had a few issues with scheduling and number of coaches allowed on the bench during 3 on 3 games and owner could care less. Was discussing the matter with him at their facility and he walked away from me in mid conversation to deal with a customer at the counter. Told me to email him and I did...no response. Emailed about scheduling no response. So frustrated we are not coming back and they dont' care as we are "only one team". Unfortunately they are the only facility for 3 on 3 and hockey training that I think the customer service has suffered because of it. Hopefully someone decides to open up another facility and give them some competition as I know many who would go elsewhere if they could!

Loved training there as a child and I can’t wait for my nieces to start soon! Staff really focuses on individual development which is awesome.
