We have nothing but amazing things to say about Rimbey Heating. Our furnace was throwing our Carbon Monoxide and we were told to keep it off until it could be looked at/fixed/replaced. This is in mid January and we have a 7 month old. Rimbey Heating was able to come to our place that day, loaned us space heaters for our little one’s room, and completely replaced our furnace by the next day. We were told they could get a certain furnace in at a specific price and when it wasn’t available, they honoured their original pricing and warranty. They left us with a little gift as they walked out as well. Thank you SO much guys. We are so very pleased and will be recommending you to everyone!

We have used Rimbey Heating for a number of years and they have always provided us with exceptional service. The fact that we have given repeat business is a testimonial to the high level of conscientious service that Rimbey Heating has provided and it is always with a positive can do attitude. Even when service was required on short notice they came in very short order, in good weather and bad, to get us back in working order as soon as was possible. Richard even provided advice on what the issues could be when unrelated mechanical issues arose with our water pump, something they do not typically deal with. We have had Rimbey Heating in for maintenance and repair on our 1st furnace (even though the original install was not theirs), 2 wood stove & chimney installations, the installation of a 2nd furnace in another building, as well as hot water tank repairs (again, the original installation was not theirs). Richard, along with his retired partner, even went the extra mile to help us trench a gas line when I was injured. Richard has always provided top quality service!
It has been our pleasure to deal with all the friendly folks at Rimbey Heating and we highly recommend them to anyone requiring any of the services they provide.

The ignitor quit on our furnace on family day, I called everyone in town, and only Rimbey Heating had an after hours number. I called and Richard answered, he had the part I needed. Furnace is going again. 10/10 for customer service.

We have hired Rod to supply a central air conditioning unit in our modular home. The job was completed as promised. We then hired Rimbey Heating to install a wall furnace in the garage addition. With the onset of an early winter, Rod squeezed us in so the job could be completed on a Saturday. After experiencing a problem with the wall furnace staying lit, Rod came back the next day and repaired a factory wiring problem. Rimbey Heating is a company that I highly recommend.
