Bought a used trailer from them through Ritchie bros auctions. Staff there were very helpful in getting me mobile to haul it home, Very friendly and accommodating even though I arrived for pickup at lunchtime. We appreciated the extra effort. Store was well equipped with many things to rent, clean and inviting!

Bought a Genie scissor lift a couple years ago from Rite way, served us great so far! We had a couple issues with it but they were ready to fix it and only charged for some of the repair! What an awesome way to do business! It’s called “service after sale”.

Highly recommend going here for all your equipment rental needs! Everyone there is helpful and great to deal with. They have large selection and I've never had any issues with operation of the rental equipment. Pretty sure Pete has worked there longer than I've been alive and he knows everything there is to know about thier products.

It was Saturday 12:40 pm. I called to get in a hurry a hedge trimmer for the same day, because my own one was down in a sudden. My hedge couldn't wait. The guy said it costs $35/day. As it was Saturday afternoon, I asked if I could bring it back the same day. He responded with "no", because they are closed until Monday morning. And the rental costs 35 /day. If I need it on Sunday, it costs another $35(!) Too bad. Nobody there and I should pay two days, although I could have done the job in one day, Saturday.
Meanwhile we talked 5 minutes and he said that he's gonne close the store at 13:00. I intervened, that I couldn't reach the store within 15 minutes. I need to travel about 20-25 minutes. He was not willing to wait that short time to give me the trimmer. I asked him to deposit the hedge trimmer at the neighbours store. I know these people there. He denied on reason that he doesn't know me personally. I was pretty shocked about such a backward thinking business man. I responded to him, that I will never ever come to him to have business with him. He asked why. Whether he has done something wrong. I couldn't believe that this person was so stupid really asking me that. "You are not enough flexible. It is about 5-10 Minutes I'm asking you to help me and in the meantime we are still arguing here and the time goes on."
Than I hanged on the phone.

I do not recommend any business with that store. They are obviously incompetent in good business. The disadvantage to customers is, that they are far and wide the only ones who are renting out equipment. Their behave is typically monopolistically and customer unfriendly.
