It is always a pleasure to complete my BLS training with Jessica. She's been my only BLS instructor for 5 years now, and I always have a positive experience with her. During her classes I feel comfortable, engaged, and learn a lot of important information, which boosts my confidence in performing CPR by the end of the class. I highly recommend her classes!

I had taken my first BLS course with Jessica and have been renewing annually ever since. Jessica does a great job of presenting the information in a thorough but non overwhelming way and taking the time to explain and answer any question you have. I also really like the format she uses where she doesn’t leave the test till the end but incorporates the test questions within the presentation. Thank you Jessica for another great renewal course and see you next year!!

This BLS training is the best I have ever attended. Loved the pace of the class, liked that the assessment was continously interwoven with lecture slides, liked the fact that so many mannequins were available. Made learning easier.

I participated in Dec 20,2024 9.00am BLS class with Jessica! This is my second year I am coming back to her BLS renewal course. Jessica provided us with an excellent learning experience. She is teaching these classes in concise and professional manner. Easy to understand and follow, also meticulous about the details. I must say Jessica gave me more confidence in doing CPR if I need to. She explained everything in detail and answered all the questions that were asked. Demonstrated everything for us and then we had to practice at the end. I definitely recommend her to anyone that needs cpr training or renewal. Thank you again. Ill see you next year.
