Absolutely amazing experience! We walked in after discovering a tick on our dog during our trip. The administrator, whose name I unfortunately don’t know, was incredibly thoughtful and helped calm us down. They assisted us immediately, and we are so grateful. I arrived as a new client, after reading great FB reviews and from the moment I got there, until I left, EVERYONE , was incredibly kind, helpful and knew how to handle my new scared rescue. I am transferring my older dogs file over today, as a procedure he gets done regularly, is half the price. I feel like I can afford to have two dogs again!! Thanks Rockwood Vet Clinic. .

We took our 2 x 7 month old kittens to Rockwood vets for the first time last week and the experience was amazing! The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the vet treated us and our kittens with respect and knowledge and the cost was exceptionally good!

I have never experienced so much care and compassion from a vet before. We are new to the clinic, but they have taken so much of us and our cat/cats over the past year.

They explain everything in understandable words, give honest results, and guide you through what is going on and what can be done to take the best care of our animals.

We unfortunately had to bring our cat in to be put to sleep. He was such a good boy ! We didn't want him to suffer anymore. Hydrating your cat is not fun and he was not progressing. The staff at Rockwood Vet Clinic were amazing. I just got a sympathy card from them with "Robins" paw prints and a card signed by the staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!! You are the best.

If not for a client hanging around at the receptionist desk, while we waited to be checked in for our appointment, our first over all visit was great! Friendly service, good place to take your pet. We have decided to bring our dog to the clinic too!

My dogs can be quite the handful, but everyone handles (all 4) with such love and care! There's not many appointments most of them come out NOT smiling/wagging their tails. Best feeling as an owner of mostly elderly rescue dogs!
