Ive been waiting in the ER room for the past 5 and half hours waiting for a doctor to assess my mom. This is unacceptable. Nurses are great quick to triage. But the doctor hasn’t even made an appearance to peak in the room for the past 5 and half hours.

Had to rush my son in with a broken arm and they got us in right away. Very professional, you can literally see their positive team work and it works. Each and every team member we dealt with was not only polite and kind but compassionate too. Very well done Rocky Team ❤️

Went in for my boyfriend as he had a seizure, got in straight away, as his second seizure took place in hospice, they were extremely quick and professional. A huge thank you to all the support and help the nurses were able to give us.

Absolutely terrible service.
Ear is plugged, cannot hear, 0 balance, migraine headache pressure and pain. Doctor says you need to go elsewhere to get it cleaned out after sitting there for 1.5hrs because the nurse that checked me in said they will flush it for me. The doctor was an English fellow and was really rude as well.

They take to long waiting for my gf xray and she's been here since 3pm it is now 620pm and nothing has happened still here waiting

Went it at 11am. I watched as other patients were attended too ahead of my son. Waited until 230 to be called. Waited around the room for a dr. My son was crying and had enough of the nonsense. I tried to talk to nurse but I was informed other people who are more sick are more important than my little boy! The patients that went ahead were all elderly and looked like there days were numbered. Tell me how is that more important than a little boy who is so sick I would give zero stars if I could.
Told that there were no favorites but after hearing that I don't know what to think or believe.
We walked out after 5 hours of waiting not once did anyone take the time to check on my son

IF YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN ARE SICK DO NOT GO HERE! YOUR ONLY GONNA BE MADE TO WAIT AND MADE TO FEEL LIKE YOUR CHILDREN'S SICKNESS IS INFERIOR TO OTHER PATIENTS.
