I was first introduced to Rocky Mountain Soap Co. through a surprise Valentine's Day gift from my husband: The Rocky Reserve 3-piece soap set. Some might think soap is an unusual gift for Valentine's, but to me, a thoughtful, all-natural, cruelty-free, toxin-free gift is perfect! Since then, I’ve been a loyal fan. The soaps are not only wonderfully scented—everything smells heavenly—but they also leave my skin feeling clean, fresh, and soft. Although I haven’t yet needed to contact customer service, I feel confident that any future interactions would be met with friendly, helpful service. Living in the US, I order in bulk from Canada, and the bars typically last me 6 months to a year. Highly recommend!

Great customer service from Carina. I called in because I placed an order online and was sent the wrong items. Carina said she would express ship my correct order out to me and that I could also keep the incorrect items to try or gift to others. I’m very happy that I don’t have to take time out of my day to go to a store to exchange or drop off the incorrect items at the post office. Thank you for the quick resolution!

I also love their baby butter. Helps tremendously with my children’s eczema.

For years I’ve had a problem with my hands hurting, itching and getting to the point of bleeding. I’ve tried so many different kinds of hand soaps and hand creams. They work for a bit then eventually hurt my hands. I decided to order from Rocky Mountain Soap Company and I’m so happy I did. I googled “nice smelling hand soap for sensitive skin” so I thought that I would try ordering soap online to see if it helps.
I Purchased 2 of the everything washes for both bathrooms in my house. It’s been over a week, my hands are incredibly smooth & soft. No itching, pain or bleeding. And the soaps smell absolutely amazing. I will be ordering more when I need more, and will also be trying some other products as well.

I am someone who believes in shopping and supporting local, also prefer bathing products from the health food stores. I bought 1L jugs of both shampoo and conditioner costing $90 plus tax. It has been less than 3 months since purchase and the conditioner is growing black mold! I haven't opened the lid except when I purchased to insert the pump. The bottle also stays in a bathroom with no shower (less humidity), sits next to the bathtub where I've been using it once a week or once every 2 weeks. To spend $45 on a bottle of conditioner for it to go moldy in less than 3 months is unacceptable, especially when it has the symbol on the bottle claiming it is good for 12 months.
If you have a small bottle that you can't see through, I would recommend dumping it out into a clear bottle to check for mold. Not a healthy product at all.

Rocky Mountain Soap’s Customer Experience team went above and beyond when one of the shower gel items I ordered online was delivered with a packaging defect. Carina on the team not only responded to my concern right away, but also offered to provide a replacement. Truly appreciate the great customer service they provided which is incredibly hard to come by this day and age.

Oh and all their products are amazing which is a bonus!
