I asked rogers directly for a plan where I didn't owe more when it ended of the plan and now that my plans done they charged me $380 and there costomer service says it's my fault even tho they can see I went into to store and I activated my phone on a finance plan not a save and return garbage. 8 years with Roger with multiple phone line that get canceled this week. GO TO VIRGIN MOBILE SAME CELL COVERAGE BUT YOU GET 3 LINE FOR THE PRICE OF ONE ROGERS LINE

Excellent customer service to assist with all your wireless, tech questions….. even if you feel you are dumb ask…. Have to be honest… I am struggling with the review of the store as they are not to blame for the update on my new phone not transferring …. Lets hope and pray they are able to help me… if they can’t I hope they give me the best possible customer service.
