We recently needed to make some changes to our account at Rogers and also to upgrade our phones. The manager (Tyler) here was truly helpful. He saved us money, helped us with the new phones and went the extra mile to ensure I received mine as it had to come in from another store. Very satisfied with the customer service we received.

Went in on April 29th 2025 to enquire about the monthy internet Rogers offer which I needed temporarily. Price is steep but I like the service where I can go in to see a live person to talk to when I encounter problems . Very important to me. Trishant was very helpful , patient and knowledgeable to get the necessary paper work done. He is eager to help me which I admire in an employee. I even get an appointment on the same day to do the installation. Adam the installer was punctual, curteous and amicable.I found the employees at Shaw now Rogers are always helpful and curteous which is paramount to any business.They are always there to help me be it a phone call or through a chat which I appreciate tremendously. . To have a Retail Store in Duncan is definitely a good investment. Thank you Trishant.

Brandon and his colleagues are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am so pleased with the help I received today in the store. I was concerned with a potential scam/hack on my phone. I had received an email from Google which asked for a specific code from my phone's info card. I entered in the code but felt unnerved. With so many scams on the Internet these days. I thought I was going to have to completely discard my current phone and SIM card, change all my passwords, etc. but Brandon thoroughly looked into the issue for me in the store. And then an hour or so later, followed up via text- as he did even more research after I had left. He assured me my phone and personal information has not been compromised. Sahib, with his calm demeanor helped as well. He knew to escalate my problem to Brandon, the Google pro. Thanks, team!
