The website directed me to this office for cell phones! Except this office sent me to walmart! Screw rogers! now going to cancel my internet and go somewhere more helpful!

Was not getting even half the speeds advertised. 2 year term came to a end and bill went up 30$ a month so i canceled it, now they constantly email me to re-new 2 year term to "save" but when i was paying the extra for 3 months they werent worried about me saving. Telus is less expensive and when testing interenet speed i get what is advertised

This hasn't been Shaw Cable in over a year now. Rogers Communications bought all assets of Shaw out, including Global news .

Shaw is getting worse and worse. Their services/channel choices are worse than ever. AND, they get mad at the customers when they call to ask about it. If they say you signed the contract, say “you gave no choice”.

There are better internet services. Not forced contract.

I have been a customer for over 25 years. I paid more simply because of the incredibly customer service. To save a couple of $ this service has been taken from our Canadians employees and off shored. What a mistake!!!! not informed, incompetent, and I will be cancelling my very expensive accounts, and changing service providers

Service is amazing. They really hard work with you to solve your problem. And in these times just to get help is hard. My hats off to the ladies on 8th. Thank you. Up and running at max data YO! Whoo! My last service provider I could'nt even "provide" a phone number to call about my "service".
