We are so incredibly happy with the results from our experience at ROKband Pediatric Head Shape Clinic! From the very beginning, the entire team was so supportive, loving, and caring towards our son. They truly made us feel like we were in the best hands.

We were initially nervous about starting treatment, unsure if our son would adjust well to wearing a helmet—but he did amazing! He was comfortable throughout the process, which gave us so much peace of mind.

A special thank you to Liam, who was extremely knowledgeable and always took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had. He made sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way, and his kindness and professionalism really stood out.

When we began treatment, our son was at level 3 going into level 4 and had both plagiocephaly and brachycephaly. Now, his head shape is beautifully round and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. We are beyond grateful for the care and support we received at ROKband. Highly recommend this clinic to any parent going through the same journey!

From the very beginning, they were incredibly accommodating and supportive, not only in helping correct my son’s head with his helmet, but also in making sure my family was cared for during one of the most difficult times of my life.

While I was going through cancer treatments, Maeve and her team went above and beyond to keep me and my family safe while I was immuno-compromised. They allowed me flexibility around my chemo and radiation schedule, and always made us feel welcome, protected, and supported. Their kindness and compassion made such a difference for us.

We are so happy we made the decision to go to the consultation as we were given three different professional opinion as to whether or not our daughter needed a helmet. The consultation made our mind up so quickly. There was no pressure or anything when to continue with service after the consultation. We cannot thank ROKband enough! Our son started his ROKband journey when he was 8 months old. We always had a feeling that his head-shape wasn’t perfect but the family doctors kept telling us to “give it time”. Well when our baby turned 8 months we went with our gut to go get a free initial consultation with ROKband in Ancaster. Since our very first visit, we’ve had an amazing experience with the Ancaster clinic. The staff and the entire process could not have been better! They were very friendly, knowledgable, kind, helpful, understanding, and amazing with our little man! Going from a severe case of plagiocephaly at 8 months, to being in a completely normal range by 17 months, we have now graduated from ROKband! Woohoo! We could not have been more happy with our results! I would 100% recommend ROKband Ancaster to any parent in need for their little one!

We learned about Rokband during the babyshow when our baby was about 3 months old. He had fallen and it created a flat spot, so we got a referral to go. Originally, we were going to go to the clinic in Toronto, but after one session we realized the drive/parking situation wouldn't work, so they helped us get a spot in the Ancaster location. The one session in Toronto was super helpful and the staff was amazing. However, the remainder of our program was with the staff in Ancaster, specifically Liam.

All the staff has been amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely empathetic. Liam worked well with our son, and was super helpful every single step of the way. They made us feel welcomed and assuaged any worries or concerns we had along the way.

We had a wonderful experience at ROKband for our son. He started at around 4.5 months, and he graduated from the program just before his first birthday 🙂 We were very impressed by the level of professionalism and care that was shown to our family the entire time here!

Our first interaction was with Lynn who helped us book our initial consultation in early April. She was wonderful in answering all our questions, very pleasant, and extremely helpful! Our initial consultation was with Anna, and she was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and made us feel very comfortable!
