Curtis has been here before. He is a professional in every respect. A high proficient technician, he was able to assess the furnace and undertake the necessary maintenance in a very efficient manner. He is also very courteous and pleasant, taking the time to explain some of the finer points of the unit with me. I'm a new home owner and new to gas furnaces. I called to get a seasonal service. The technician, Matthew, did a thorough inspection, and explained the servicing required as he went. He even showed me how to reprogram the thermostat. He was able to answer my questions. I am more confident about my furnace and will call Ron Ball Refrigeration if I have any issues in the future.

Matthew was very friendly and courteous this morning when he did the maintenance on my electric furnace. He also explained why my furnace was running a lot and advised me to run the furnace at a lower speed which I found very useful. He was right on time as well. I would highly recommend your company to my friends as well.
