I’m so happy I decided to move my mare to Sagehill! We have made so much progress thanks to the amazing coaches and all the staff who have all gone above and beyond taking extra time to help us out! Before moving to Sagehill I never would have thought my sassy mare would be suitable for lessons but I fully trust her and love getting to see other students hop on her! I’ve gained back so much of my confidence and have been able to enjoy many different events with my girl I don’t think I would have had the opportunity to anywhere else!

I am a Gold Sponsor for Prince and have repeatedly asked for my cup etc. I was denied the visit as I am associated with the Barefoot Ranch allegations (which are just that)and have still not received the products promised. Their communication abilities are nil to none as I had 1/4 leased horses there for more than 4 years and had the same issues. Loved the coaches and most of the people I met there who are still friends. The facility itself is awesome. Wish it was mine. Please send my swag.

Sagehill Stables is a great place to connect with horses as they offer a variety of programs to support that. The first time there I attended Healing Beyond Words with a friend and we each had our own horse in a mostly private area. One of the staff was there initially to walk us through the different grooming tools and gave us some ground work so we would be safe around the horses. She stayed close by while also giving us space to connect with our horses. It was an incredible half an hour of connection to the horses and ourselves. It felt very healing for sure! This past weekend I attended a full day women’s healing workshop that was facilitated by the lovely owner, Gwen. My friend and I as well as the other woman thoroughly enjoyed our day. We did goal workbooks as well as a few other activities focused on getting to know ourselves through connecting with horses. It was incredible to meet the Three Sisters Ojibwe Spirit horses. We spent time with three other horses as well learning some lead skills and more emotional connection work with the horses. All of the staff are friendly and kind! The horses are very well taken care of here. Thank you so much to Gwen and Sagehill Stables 💕

I have attended 3 different events here and I am so impressed with the staff, programming, and the level of care given to the horses. I brought my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter to the holiday event where she got to ride and groom a horse and she loved it. I also booked a Healing Beyond Words session for myself and a friend. We thought that we would be "sharing" one horse between us, but they set us each up with a horse to spend 30 minutes with. It was wonderful.
This past weekend I attended a Women's Healing With Horses Workshop run by Gwen, the owner of Sagehill Stables. There were 3 of us attending and the day was a good balance of time with horses and time having presentations and discussions on self-awareness and self-improvement.
I have been so impressed with the quality and variety of programs offered by Sagehill Stables and I highly recommend them.

What an incredible place to start learning about horses and being in a horse environment. There's something for everyone, and the prices are totally on point for what you're looking for! I'm super impressed with the friendly staff and overall care for their beautifully trained horses! 5 Stars to this facility and I cannot wait to continue going here!

I was really looking forward to the date night ride, but the experience was deeply disappointing. First off, it was very difficult to get in touch with them—no working phone number, and their response to emails and texts was slow and inconsistent. That alone made the booking process frustrating and unprofessional.

When I finally received the invoice, it had the wrong date, which added more confusion. On the day of the ride, we ended up arriving late due to an unavoidable situation, which we informed them about in advance by email. Despite that, we were only given about 30 minutes at the location—and we didn’t even get to ride the horse.

Communication at the front desk was unclear, and we were asked to fill out paperwork without being told that the ride wouldn’t be possible. What made it worse was the dismissive attitude—we didn’t feel heard at all. It felt like they were gaslighting our emotions instead of acknowledging our disappointment. I personally chose to stay because I care about animals and felt bad for the horse, but my partner didn’t want to stay, and honestly, the whole thing felt like a waste of money.

They gave us 15 extra minutes, but still no ride, and we paid full price. We walked away with unacknowledged feelings from what was supposed to be a special night. I wouldn’t recommend this experience unless they seriously improve communication and customer service.

Just had my son's 4th birthday here, and it was nothing short of an incredible experience. The staff was very friendly and professional, the kids had an amazing time and the fire shack is such an awesome add on for a party after the kids got to meet the 3 horses. We are definitely coming back and taking part in other programs!

My sister and I attended the Winter Holiday Horse Experience today, December 28 and it was great. Thank you for organizing this event! Look forward to coming out again.
