I recently took an intro flight at Sea Land Air and had the best experience! The school was very professional and my instructor Halle was amazing. She was very encouraging, took her time to answer all my questions, and educated me about what is done pre and post flight. It was a fun experience trying out Diamond Aircraft. Highly recommend this school!

I have flying experience both in CL and BC. If in the US, which is typical in schools under Part 141, your flight instructor seeks to get rid of you as soon as possible and finish the training program, since he or she is very busy with Chinese and Indian students, in Canada every instructor regardless of their good or broken English deems it an honor to slow down your training progress and rip out much more money from your wallet. In fact, I had to recommend this school to a friend taking into account his love to Diamond fleet, the status of permanent resident in Canada, housing in Vancouver, a standing job with good income, his no hurry and leisure to the study.

Sealand Air is the only school in boundary bay that operates Diamond Aircraft and offers a wide range of courses all the way from PPL to CPL and Multi - IFR. The staff and instructors are friendly, skilled, and unless under safety concerns, always puts the students best interest at priority. The only issue I have with this place is how small the business is so students have to fight head over heels for planes and instrctors.

This is a terrible flight school in BC. There are Japanese or Chinese flight instructors who can not speak Enhlish perfectly. They teach you how to flight in broken English. Its too hard to understand what they are talking about. Also they try to overcharge you. Dont waste your money and time.
