I just recently passed my motorcycle MST. Normally I have had friendly service in the access center. This time was not great. I have been trying to book a road test and it is a TERRIBLE system! No updates of dates to book, when i asked if i could renew my learners I was quickly told no! On line it states in BC YES you can RENEW your motorcycle learners before expiry date. To ensure you avoid lapsing in your driving privileges to-date. When i got my restrictions taken off the license should be renewed from the date I passed the skills, as there are new learning while riding on your own. She informed me NOPE we don't do that. Yet on line it also states BC you can. If you cannot get in for a road test through no fault of your own, how is there not an exception made? You have come this far to start over? seems unfair and yet no one there seems to be able to help you or give you concrete answers to your questions. It is not my fault there are not enough road tests appointments! they say EVERY Monday and Tuesday yet she only told me of TWO DAYS per month until OCT. There needs to be more constancy, even give a date and time at the time you pass your skills!

It is not often that you can say you have had multiple enjoyable visits to a government office but the folks at this particular office do an amazing job. They are always knowledgeable and have a particularly infectious charm to them that helps relieve stress on what would usually be a hard day.

I went in to get my drivers license renewed today and had an appointment for 11:45 but they took me early and i must say it was a very pleasurable experience. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes and the lady that looked after me, Karen was an absolute delight. All other BC Gov. offices could learn from this location. Thank you very much.

The heavy weight lady wasn't very helpful. She have this discrimination eyes looking at me. I had my 2 toddlers with me so it was not easy. So I just left.

Probably one of the best service BC centres in the province. They are experienced, and super helpful.. They helped me with renewals, the testing experience was easy and straightforward. The price of ID is province wide, but just the way the CSR's deal with situations was wonderful.. I have dealt with Victoria, Vancouver and Kelowna offices and this is probably my favorite... Keep up the good work.. Especially with the grey area of BCID and the interim IDs which should be changed province wide and has nothing to do with the CSRs.. Good work Campbell River.

Went in this morning for a driver's test, couldn't take the test due to a driver's medical paperwork issue, which was absolutely NO FAULT! of this office.
Just want to say the people helping to try to resolve the issue were empathetic, and very very helpful!
All had smiles and gave great service with what they were able to do! Made a frustrating experience with the paperwork in Victoria much easier!!

Had a wonderful experience when I went there for my driving test recently. I was really nervous before my test but Driving Examiner Josh was super amazing, his instructions were very clear and made my test experience very comfortable. All the other staff members were amazing as well.
