Pleasant service but be aware that they may not follow the number ticketing policy listed on the poster on the door. The poster says to take a number, shop around, and you'll be paged when it's your turn. You should stay in the room and not shop around because they don't call out the numbers..so you may end up waiting longer than you should if you take a number and leave the room.

I have visited here several times and the friendliness of the service seems to depend on who is on duty. Everyone is efficient, but some clerks are more personable than others. There are times that there is a long wait depending on the number of people and the complexity of their requests.

One positive was telling me to go to Walkerton Service Ontario which was waaay better.

The lady working here was condescending and rude, talking down to us as if we were children. Got the “Nothing I can do, what do you want from me” with a dismissive shrug. Cut us off with a “NO, you’re wrong” when we were trying to explain and understand the situation.

Since takeover by new management and employees they have vastly improved the experience here. They put the “Service” back into ServiceOntario. They go to lengths to get you the information you need to answer your questions and complete your transactions in a timely manor.

Came back to ask a question and she rudely pushed me to the back of the line. Also when I arrived she spent 20 minutes chit chatting with a customer rather than helping me

Absolutely most impolite service I have ever received. Ironically they are now hiring and "pleasant disposition and positive attitude" are requirements. Please bring resume to the person who everyone complains about! Obviously complaining through Service Ontario is mute.

Every time I've ever been here the service has been painfully slow. I'd recommend going on a day that you're not working and that isn't a Saturday. The ladies working here are often unfriendly/unhelpful. They occasionally forget to tell you all of the information that you will need, resulting in multiple visits.
