Great facility for kids and adults. I come here with my kids to enjoy the activities and playground and he loves it. Great place to get him out of the house during winter times. I also have come here for drop in sports like badminton, basketball and soccer. Great clean place

Great place! Lots of friendly people and staff. I wish the change rooms were cleaned a little more frequently. Other than that, it's a perfect place to spend an afternoon.

Lots happening at this facility with plenty of activities and sports options. However, the swimming area needs more consistent cleaning and attention. The place has a rich history but feels outdated and could benefit from a revamp. Parking can be challenging, but it’s still nice to have a space like this in the city.

Worst experience with a rec center i have ever had. We paid nearly 30$ for our family of 3 to use the pool, within 2 minutes of entry, everybody was evacuated as someone had defecated in the pool. Awesome, that's gross, but out of the staffs control. We were offered either a refund or a pass to come back. Which we did, the next day. Pool is closed AGAIN for the exact same issue. They will no longer offer a refund.
This is disgusting and now we are out the money with a poor excuse of an experience.
Thank you Servus, we so appreciate you taking our money with no fun for our 4 year old.

The Servus Centre is an outstanding facility! I love that it offers a pool, ice rinks, a gym, a track, soccer fields, and basketball courts—all in one place. You could easily spend hours here. The addition of a Starbucks and Booster Juice is a nice touch as well. Everything is clean and well-maintained, making it a fantastic spot for fitness and fun!

I recently visited Servus Place, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the behavior of the lifeguards. While I understand the importance of safety, the lifeguards seemed excessively strict and, frankly, rude to many of the guests, especially children. Rather than fostering a fun and relaxed environment, they were overly aggressive in enforcing rules, often without explanation or understanding.

At one point, a lifeguard threatened to call the parents of some kids for minor, unintentional behavior that wasn’t dangerous, but apparently violated some obscure rule. It felt like the focus was less on ensuring safety and more on intimidating guests. This completely ruined the atmosphere and made people feel unwelcome.

It’s disappointing because the facility itself is great, with a wide range of activities and nice amenities. However, if the staff continues to treat patrons this way, it’s hard to recommend Servus Place for anyone just looking to relax and have fun. A little more kindness and understanding from the lifeguards would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

The kids pool would be better if the water temperature was warmer like at Clareview rec centre. My toddler is freezing even after playing around. It's fun for the kids. But it would be better if the water was warmer even a tad warmer. One time we went, someone Pooped in the water. They scooped it out and let people back in promptly. I was grossed out and never came back.
