In terms of service, the workers are very fast and are good at what they do. However, because of the small size of the facility (there is only two-maybe three benches) versus the very large volume of customers, there definitely needs to be an upgrade to the infrastructure of the facility in order for the wait time to be lessened. I usually wait anywhere around 30-60 minutes almost every time I go there.

Edit: I went to the bottle depot today (July 4, 2021 and they now have automatic machines! This will be a huge upgrade in time and convenience, hence my rating at 5 stars instead of 3. Way to go guys!

Ps. The customer service was awesome as well.

The changes in the depot were wonderful. I was the only customer so the wait time was minimal and the staff were friendly and well trained. I enjoyed my visit.

Average time spent is incorrect. Every time I'm here I wait at least an hour before getting to unload then I wait another half hour minimum for the bottles to be counted and refund given. Average time should be 1 hour to three hours.
