This establishment has really gone on a downhill slippery slide. Terrible service. No call backs. 3 weeks waiting for a water pump that they said would be a couple days. Now the shipping number the guy gave me to find the water is bogus. They also shipped it an hour drive from my house so what was the point of shipping it. Man these guys are super incompetent.

Called about a couple of used tractor tires as new tires have reached an all time high price. They were going to call me back as to what they had.Have not heard a peep in 5 days.Not a very good way to treat potential customers.

How does this place stay in business? Customer service is utterly disgusting and never once do they call you back when your looking for a part. Do NOT waste your time with these guys.

Been dealing with this company for decades……. Service has gone downhill. New staff suffers from lack of knowledge, inability to listen & no drive to look after customer needs, don’t expect them to last long… what a shame
