Had a great experience with Anne recently in Cosmetics. Helped me find everything I was looking for and was patient with me

I saw a review in the line up here that seemed very far fetched from the many experiences I've had inside the beauty department and with Anne. Also they don't even have their actual name on the review.

I urge anyone to go see Anne themselves, she is super knowledgeable and very helpful.

The cosmetics lady (I didn’t get her name) was super friendly. The other side of the store with the other registers had no worker nearby so I had go to cosmetics to pay with cash. There was another cosmetics lady staring at my family and I in the line up as the customer in front of us was taking long with the friendly cosmetics lady, but the other worker didn’t open her till up and made us wait.

I went to shoppers over the weekend. Rudy from beauty boutique is an absolute gem, she is extremely lovely and helpful. She highly recommended products for my skincare concerns that I had. She absolutely went above and beyond in helping me. Rudy is such a wonderful person and very passionate at her job.

Extremely rude pharmacy, her name is Kamal/kamol today, Wednesday, January 17, first it's very hard to get through to their phone system I called 4 times after listening to the recording when I finally got thru I spoke to her to give me their fax number so I can give it to my doctor to phone in my prescription that I needed urgently, I had to get a pen and paper to write on and when I said hello she just hung-_up so therefore I had to redial and I got hold of Kay explained to her my anger. This same person I had complained a year ago to her Manager Sarah about her rudeness and incompetence being one of their pharmacy team, surprisingly she's back working there again. I will report to her Manager again. Hopefully they will do something about her unprofessionalism attitude.

There is a lady named Anne that works in the beauty section.

Kudos to her !!
The most amazing person I have ever encountered in my life working in the customer service industry.

I was blown away with how nice and very professional she was, with the store being crazy and she was the only one.

She was super patient with everyone.

Anne, you are the one in the million of people in the industry that shows genuine care for each customer.
