We are a full time travelling RV family. We passed through Nanton and we’re heading south to the Crowsnest Pass when one of our rv tires started smoking and flaming.

The guys, especially Mike, were so kind and helpful as We tried to troubleshoot on the side of the highway enough to get the trailer to the shop. The next day they set aside their schedule to help get us back in our home and on the road.

We are so grateful for the service they provided, going above and beyond to not only help us in a difficult time - but to teach us about what was happening and why to make sure we would be safe wherever our journey took us.

While on holiday in our trailer we had trouble with the brakes on our truck. We stopped to see if they had the part we needed. Not only did they have the part but fixed the brake for us and we were hooked up to our trailer and back on our way in just over an hour! Great service!!

The owner of Sieben's does not know the meaning of a private conversation and proceeded to collude with the owner of the towing company (who damaged the bumper on my truck and broke a mud flap) in doing the estimate that took him a month to do. He was given the info as to where to send the estimate but opted to send it with the tow truck driver. In the spring my horse trailer was in to have wheels, brakes, etc. checked and I mentioned that the inside needed a clean. The employee said that they could do an acid wash but I never told him to go ahead with it. Went to pick up the trailer and the employee took a half hour to fill out the invoice as the owner was away. He had me sign the invoice which I did not get a chance to read and even to sign the "in" section of the invoice after the fact. Got home and the acid wash had been done on the inside causing streaks on the outside of the trailer which are still there. Phoned back as they still had my shovel. Said they could do the outside in the fall. Glad that I took pics of the trailer before it left my place. Hard to take it back to be done to a place that is no longer trustworthy. In talking to the Better Business Bureau this company is not accredited with them.

Bearings went on our boat trailer out at Pine Coulee park. After going to NAPA and being referred to this business I have to say they were very accommodating to help with our issue. Parts, supplies and even Ivan helped out that extra mile by lending a wrench. We are thankful to have had our trailer repaired overnight and highly recommend this team of fine people. Thank you Ivan! It is good to know there are still decent business people out there for the greater good of all!

Recently we had wind damage to a 2020 Lance that required major work on the entrance door of this new trailer. Met with Ian at Sieben's and really the rest is history. Ian did a fantastic job!! The door was repaired and beyond that, done in such a way that it should have actually been done when it was first manufactured! I was greatly impressed. The work was done on scheduled at a price that was more than reasonable. Highly recommend Ian and Sieben's in Nanton!

This is a great small town, family run business. The owner, shop foreman, and staff are incredibly knowledgable and friendly. For a fair price, they will fix you up and get you back on the road. Their RV department can literally do whatever you need and if you're looking for some custom body work on your collector, look no further!!

Very nice service. I was travelling back from Calgary and having some car trouble. Nobody else in town would help us. I called these guys up and they said that even though they don't do that kind of work that they would have a look. The guy helped us out and gave us some fresh oil. We were able to make it home because of these guys. Thank you so much
