I was a long-time employee and a loyal customer of your clinic. I have always trusted your professionalism and integrity, which is why I continue to return for my treatments. However, during my recent visit, I experienced a highly unprofessional incident that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.

Despite booking my appointment more than two weeks in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts, I found that my assigned treatment room was taken over by one of your consultants, Jennifer. She pressured my nurse, claiming her guests had purchased a more expensive package and therefore deserved the room. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also entirely inappropriate.

In an effort to avoid conflict, I even offered to shorten my treatment and proceed without anesthetic. To my surprise, Jennifer replied that her guests could also undergo treatment without anesthetic but would simply not leave the room. This was an unreasonable and unprofessional response.

It was only after I escalated my complaint to the manager—and made it clear that I would request a refund if the issue was not resolved—that I was finally able to receive the treatment I had rightfully booked.

This experience raises serious concerns:
1. Patients being forced into rooms that do not meet proper hygiene standards.
2. A consultant openly disrespecting medical staff and overriding professional protocols.
3. Multiple similar complaints from other long-term clients, which suggest a recurring issue.

I strongly urge the management to take this matter seriously. If such behavior continues, it risks damaging the reputation and trust that your clinic has built over the years. I hope you will implement stricter policies and staff training to ensure this does not happen again.

您好！我是色彩的老员工，同时也是一直支持诊所的老顾客。基于对诊所的信任，我每次都会提前预约，以保证疗程顺利进行。这次我提前半个月预约了针剂治疗，但在当天却发生了严重的不愉快。

当我准备进入治疗时，一位名叫 Jennifer 的顾问擅自占用了我预约的治疗房间，并要求我的护士让出房间，理由是她的客人购买了更昂贵的疗程。她甚至表示，即便我提出缩短疗程、不敷麻药，她的客人也“不会离开房间”。这种言行不仅不专业，也严重影响了顾客体验和诊所形象。

最终，我不得不向经理投诉，并明确表示如问题无法解决，我将要求退款。直到那时，我才得到原本属于我预约时间的治疗房间。

此事暴露出以下隐患：
1. 顾客被迫在不符合卫生标准的房间接受治疗的风险。
2. 顾问公然无视专业护士的意见，破坏了基本的医疗规范。
3. 已有多位老顾客反馈类似情况，说明这是重复性问题。

作为长期支持诊所的顾客，我对此深感失望，也真诚希望管理层能够正视问题，加强员工管理与培训，避免此类事件再次发生，维护诊所的专业与信誉。

Tiffany was my nurse and helped me with PICOSURE and laser treatment on dark spots. She was always friendly and took her time. She also did hydrafacial massage and was gentle too. I recommend you visit her.

Hey friends, go to this signature location and get your consultation/ treatments done!! I took pics of their indoor setting and look how CUTE this clinic is!! All the furnitures ugh so cute I want to take it home!!

I went for the first time and their staff were seriously AMAZING. They would welcome you with a form to fill out, it asked your skin type/ what treatment you are looking for etc. They also provided complimentary drinks which is sooo nice!

I used that super cool machine and tested my skin condition. NGL I was shocked- besties wear your sunscreen 🥹Their store manager Alina and one of the girl Celine were super friendly and nice! They offered their suggestions to me on how they would start treatment and stuff, you won’t feel pressured to spend money/forced to buy at all!! I got the sense that they honestly just want to offer very professional help and care about you as a customer.

My treatment was around 30 mins long, basic cleaning- laser treatment- mask- after care. It was done by a girl named Mina, she was also super sweet and told me a lot of skin care tips!

I would definitely recommend anyone to go to signature cosmetic clinic for their facials/any treatments!! Esp the Warden store 😉

Amazing experience! I did PicoSure, VBeam, and Hydro Facial — all with great results. The nurses were very professional and skilled. Special thanks to Celine for her outstanding service — so caring and attentive, and also to Tiffany, who was incredibly gentle and professional. Both made me feel very well taken care of.
