What a great organization Sources Community Resource Centre is. I am so grateful that they allow SMART Recovery Meetings to be held at their location every Monday Family & Friends Meeting and Regular SMART on Wednesday & Saturday. So special to have this Non-Profit help individuals who need addiction recovery. I hear that their counsellors are so amazing. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs help in White Rock Surrey area.

The people make this outreach to everyone in the community a very important part of the focus for them . Wether it’s getting your taxes filled or finding a place to live there’s someone willing to help you get a better outcome. They have a food bank and there’s help here in White Rock or South Surrey or Newton, Langley or where you are . Kindness is their motto! Saved me from homelessness and more .

I had a councilor named Monica who was superb.Her specialty was parents with substance abusing children. I believe she is no longer there, more's the pity I say.
Highly recommended.
Caution: I encountered another person - a male - who was not in the same league by a long shot. So don't ever 'settle' on a 'counsellor' or merely 'make do', not all are equally proficient.

Go see Colin! He is a great counselor! Nothing wrong with needing some extra help sometimes. Mental health is so important right now and theres no shame in reaching out when youre struggling.
