Nursing, dietary, cleaning and physicians are all phenomenal while providing excellent patient care. My relative also emphasized that the meals were also excellent.
We got to also meet Krista McCann from the Hospital Foundation, who is very delightful. We are so blessed to have this hospital within such close proximity of our home. Thank you.

I’m pleased to write this review! After many many trips to London hospitals and long hours emergency room waitings I decided to visit this hospital and not only they helped me with the pain I had for two months they also did all the tests in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this hospital. Jane and Cathy the two nursing staff were wonderful.

Saturday, September 14, 2024. Not sure what was going on in the area where ultrasounds are performed. Beautiful day in the Bluewater area - were technicians looking to get out early and enjoy their day? Patient showed up 10 minutes early, was on time for appointment, rudely asked why he was there (sitting in the waiting room). Discussions overheard. I will remind our MD to never offer this place for testing : - ( Boo!

I took my kid to the emergency on Dec 7 due to high fever that went higher even after giving him Tylenol and Advil. Both Receptionist and Nurse (I believe her name is McKenzie) were lovely, and Dr Steven Joseph was attentive and extremely knowledgeable.
I hope I don’t need to go there again (of course) but I needed to share this great experience I had with the staff in this hospital.

Was so "busy" got an xray immediately and sat for hours multiple people left and didn't wanna sit there either

Went to the emergency room as I have a fever, very faint and can’t keep anything down and being 25 weeks pregnant that’s kinda scary.. waited 2 hours to not get in and then was told that they can’t give out a suggested wait time that I’d be waiting.. I’m now on my way to a different hospital as I went up to them multiple times saying how nauseous and faint I felt and was still told to wait. Severely disappointed especially when you see all the nurses sitting around laughing and chatting.

I can't believe people complain about this hospital. Try going to a major city. You will wait 12 hours. Great people fast and friendly

Admitted to emerg with Heart issues. From the moment I arrived until the time I left I had the most wonderful care by loving and friendly staff, nurses X-ray, doctor. I can’t say enough about this amazing place. So grateful for their care.
