Instructors are not certified or qualified to instruct. Professionalism is severely lacking, bullying is allowed, do as I say not as I do is the motto, instructors and or owner/instructor(s)are rude and show outwardly favouritism of younger, or slim, tall, athletic type(s). Instructors and managers RIP off your hours and allow special students to receive one on one instruction with instructor(s) and have these times as their clinic hours, owner/instructor keeps changing his mind in what you have counted for hours such as reception/secretarial duties and not counted, 2nd year students instruct first year. 2nd year students are loud and obnoxious towards anyone not in favouritism with the instructor. 2nd year students are not trained for to be instructors, but instead a BFF club. Your monies would be better spent going to Lethbridge College, ANY institution in Calgary, Red Deer, and/ Edmonton. Your uniform,table, 1 set of linens, and oils, gels, creams, butter sample package samples etc is included with these school(s). Put your loans with these schools and your money will be well spent, with your student start up. SAIM is a cash grab and not at all professional. Speaking from experience and hard financial lesson learned.

Been there twice now. Have had 2 different ladies and both have been very good. They are friendly, gentle and very knowledgeable. The price is great too. Only $30
