Don't trust their equipments. We trusted the jet ski’s safety box for our belongings, including a phone, but it had a broken lock. Our items fell out and sank. What was supposed to be a fun day turned into a stressful and regrettable experience.

Worst of all, when we explained what happened, the staff didn’t even apologize. Instead, they were rude and dismissive. Absolutely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I rented 2 pwc jetskis yesterday. Henry and his staff were fantastic getting us set up. Very friendly and informative about use and safety. We had an awesome afternoon on the water, and would definitely come back to spirit beach watersports and Henry again on our next visit to Osoyoos. Great place!

We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The first jet ski we were given had technical issues, and when we requested a replacement, the staff gave us a hard time instead of helping. Unfortunately, the second jet ski was in even worse condition.
Also, receptionist lady was rude to us and unhelpful.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a safe and reliable water sport experience.

Our good friend Jasmine booked this rental for our group of 6 + my 4 and 5 yr old last minute. I cannot express how accommodating Henry and his team were. 10/10 from start to finish.They were very friendly, patient and professional. Also, thorough with instructions and safety etc.. They helped get all our stuff on the boat and made sure my little ones had what they needed. The boat was great and in good condition.I would highly recommend them and will refer them to everyone we know. We look forward to booking with you guys again. Cheers!

Rented the a pontoon boat with the Henry very easy transaction called two hours ahead reversed it, came on the time we agreed up on boat was ready to go for us we had such a blast on the lake also came back to the dock the guys helped us to dock the boat and unload. Very highly recommended Spirit Beach Watersports rental for any fun on the lake. Big shout out to Henry

Spirit Beach Watersports is incredible!!! My husband rented a boat from Henry and Melissa and not only was our day on the boat amazing but Henry and Melissa made it even better! They’re so kind, so knowledgeable and they really make sure that you feel comfortable and ready to enjoy your day! Also, they bring the vibe of Cancun into the boat rental shop, which makes you really feel like you’re on vacation! We loved every minute of our time on our boat.
