Best rental shop in town!! Ash and her staff are incredible. We live in town and bring our family and friends to rent here whenever they visit. We recommend this place to everyone we come across. Rentals are so affordable and they have high end equipment. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a great store if you forget to bring anything.

Great service, very helpful, only two stars because there return policy is for 30 days. I wore a pair of shoes out on one hike brought back in after a day because they were hurt my feet. They told me that they could not take them for an exchange, they were In original packaging and I had the receipt from the other day. They told me that the shoes were not suppose to be worn outside and it said that on the Receipt. It does not say that. Picture as proof.

Fab knowledge and service from Kieran ,Matt and Lucas today. Special call out to Lucas for mounting our skis when they were really busy. Really appreciated this extra level of service. Would highly recommend this store. Thanks all and wishing you a merry Xmas and happy new year.

I don’t take my skis anywhere else to get serviced. Sports Experts do the best job and really care about helping me have the best day on the hill.
I take my dad and all my friends to get their rental gear here when they visit and we’ve never had a single issue and the gear they’re given is always in great condition.
I’ve also bought my helmets and goggles here and the staff were very helpful.

I would highly recommend Sports Experts as your go to place for alpine sports. I have been in there multiple times and every employee has been super helpful and knowledgeable. Matt was especially great when I had an issue with my boots and asked for his advice. The manager, Ashleigh, went above and beyond to help me on numerous occasions. Thank you so much!

When I was dropping off my skis for a tune this afternoon, there was a group of people ahead of me returning their rental skis. I overheard the conversations as I waited and looked around, they were extremely rude to the staff. Conditions are rough out there, we ski accorindly. The staff are always so nice and polite. I always take friends visiting the valley to Sports Expert for their rental. They always have great options to rent from and very knowledgeable staff. Maybe if the customers who left some nasty reviews would've listened to the staff and stayed on the groom run, they wouldn't have ruined brand new skis. I thought I would share my experience since I don't believe the reviews they left below are accurate about the shop and the staff.

Sports Experts charged us for unbroken skis, on top of a rental. It seems this was handled nonchalantly, as if it’s part of their business model to charge people rental + full price of skis (again, for unbroken skis) to squeeze extra revenue. Ive rented skis in 3 separate places in CA and all throughout the US and have never had such a terrible experience. I recommend avoiding at all costs— you will be set up for failure. This is a bait & switch company
