I took the two-day intermediate first aid, CPR and AED course and it was well worth it! Instructor Shaelynn was amazing, giving context and information in an easy to understand format. Highly recommend.

Content overload! Bring your kneepads, lunch and a strong coffee...challenging work on the floor...lots of practical learning and useful applications...but they just try to insert too much into the 2 day Standard program...I am not going to assess a multiple person accident scene and attempt to rescue everyone! Call the ambulance ay?!

The course is better since they condensed it from 2 days to 1 day.
The information was given quickly and accurately, but quite overwhelming. The bad part is that they didn't use the standard test. They used their own test and the questions were misleading and worded in a way that became unecessarily confusing. It's like they purposely are making it difficult. At the end of a big day that's a no-go. I've taken the course from a lot of different companies and the standard test is fair and easy to follow based on the information provided. St John's test is too confusing and it's the worse course I've taken. I will not be taking this course from them again.

Kori was the best instructor. I have had a total of four different instructors over years. The others make you want to roll into the recovery position for a nap. And prefer a unresponsive casualty so you don't need to talk or move so much. She was fun, animated, funny, smart af, very professional... I truly feel ready for the world in first and am sure everyone walking in her class is going to kill it. 5 stars for kori, because there's no ten star option. Thanks.

My instructor Ben Blakeley was awesome and funny (I didn't doze off). We were all ready to ace the exams at the end of each day. Plus break times are awesome. Highly recommend.

Took the Intermediate First Aid and CPR + AED training. Course was 2 x 8 hr days. Cost is not bad for the amount of training you get. Instructor did a great job.

I think my instructors name was Kori (if not I will change her name afterwards!!) and she was awesome! I enjoyed the corse and learned a lot.

Very great people in the office!. The instructors I had and have gotten to work with over the years have been amazing through st John ambulance team. I see that the staff are efficient and qick to update information and techniques. The equipment and teaching tools are well maintained and cleaned well. I feel confident in the skills I've aquire from St John ambulance. I feel like part of a team I was so very happy after taking my last cpr and first aid course I'm becoming an instructor. I feel the encouragement and positive instructors I had helped make that decision a solid one to pursue.
