Best experience we've had at any hospital in a long time. Staff was all super nice and never once felt we were "taking up space" like at some other hospitals.
Was assured that there was nothing serious going on and wasn't going to lead to anything long term. My fiance feels a lot better knowing that and we'd like to thank Nurse Justin for his great listening and how thorough he was as well as his hospitality, never been offered drinks or food at the Woodstock ER.
Also thank you to Dr Park who listened to my fiance and didn't brush him off like past 8 visits to Woodstock hospital, he actually went into detail and explained what he thinks is going on and what we can do from here.
We both appreciate your excellent care and patience. We will definitely be coming here for future ER matters.
10/10 best hospital we've been to!

I went to their emergency care in St. Thomas because I didn't want to wait more than 6 hours for an x-ray in London. I never expected the speed and quality of service I received. I was in and out of there in 3 hours with a cast and a recommendation to a surgeon at St. Joe's. Special thank you to Dr. Bhimani for his care, nurses Renée and Megan, Linda for her great caring service and many others I am forgetting the name. You were all fantastic, thank you.

Broken fingers on a job site a month or so ago,was in x-ray in 5 minutes good place to go when you're busted up 🙂 dr.s and staff are great very friendly and considerate Now I've got a couple bruised or broken ribs I'll see you shortly.

I need a barium swallow test from the x-ray department. I recieved a text message sheduling the appointment for me. The date and time are not a acceptable one. I called the number and extension from the text on over 10 seperate occasions to try and reschedule and no one ever answers the phone. I did this over a period of 2 weeks. I have left 3 voice mail messages with my name, phone number, date of birth and the reason im calling as per the instructions from voice mail service and no one has responded to the voice mails.

I decided to call the xray department manager's extension listed in the link in the text message that was sent to me telling me my appointment time to voice my concerns about the inadequate service. The extension does not work.

The customer service at this hospital is terrible. At this point in time im skipping the appointment and I can't even contact them to tell them that.

During my father’s final days, the staff at St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital provided compassionate and attentive palliative care, ensuring he was as comfortable as possible. Their professionalism, kindness, and support meant so much to my family during an incredibly difficult time. They treated my dad with dignity and respect, and their efforts helped ease the emotional weight of his passing.

I want to sincerely thank the nurses, doctors, and all the staff who cared for him—not just for their medical expertise, but for the empathy and comfort they provided. It was truly appreciated and made a difference in those final moments. Thank you for all that you do.

Went to St.Thomas Elgin General Hospital for the Emergency room for the first time and was very impressed with the facilities. I arrived at 8:30pm with a waiting room full of people.. was in the Triage by 9:10pm. X-Rays by 10:15pm. Doctor by 10:45pm. And walking out the door by 11! That was very smooth sailing and wonderful bedside manner by all. I drove from London because I did not want to deal with the long wait times and it was well worth the 25minute drive.

I came to this hospital for a surgery and was admitted overnight, as I live 5 hours away. From the moment I was in the day surgery area with the registering clerk, then with the nurses in day surgery, anesthesiologist, surgeon, and my amazing nurses on the floor taking care of me, it was the best care I could've ever received!!
