A small-town business at small-town prices. If I need another floor I would definitely come see them. Thank you. Also they worked very quickly and efficiently and every time I went into the store they were so nice and helpful! 🙂 It was overall a fantastic experience. And I love my floors!!! 🙂

From the first time we walked into Stirling Carpet & Flooring we were treated so well by Kim and Brian.
We introduced ourselves and explained that we had just taken possession of a home in Stirling. We were new to the area and wanted to shop local. We let Kim know that we were under a time crunch, (we only had 28 days) to do renos before our furniture arrived.
Kim booked us in for install, before we even chose the flooring. We chose a few options, and later that evening Brian came to our house to measure. We made our choice and the materials were ordered.
On install day, Brian and his crew showed up when they said they would, and got the job done in that 1 day. Whew!!
2 months later we noticed water seeping up between the seams. Panic set in, oh no our brand new floor. I called Kim. She said I will have Brian come by and have a look. Less than an hour later Brian arrived. He gave us instructions on what to do, (it needed to dry up and be sealed). As promised he came by 4 days later to re-install new pieces.
Our transition pieces and bullnosing arrived just a few weeks ago. Kim called me and scheduled a convenient day for Brian to come by and install those. While he was here he finished our landing. We still have to order carpet for our staircase. That will be a fall project.
I am NOT A bit hesitant to recommend Stirling Carpet & Flooring. Kim and Brian have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Very fair. Just down right nice people.

Update: We love how our laminate and entryway tile turned out!
I had a wonderful experience at Stirling Carpet and Flooring. I was welcomed with a warm smile the moment I stepped foot into their store. I had a wonderful time working with Kim. She worked hard to find us a floor that we liked and that was within our budget. She was very honest and patient with all of my requests. Kim even took the time to listen to my paint colour ideas and help me decide on a wall and trim colour!
Once the flooring is in, I will update my post.
I would highly recommend Stirling Carpet and Flooring to family and friends.

We just had carpet installed in two bedrooms, and we are having our stairs done also. Brian, Mia and Justin did a beautiful job! They are amazing, friendly and very professional. Great family owned business! Kim is always there to help, often going above and beyond to help us out, she has made special trips to bring us product to save me time and also just things like making a phone call to check on delivery times from her suppliers to ensure our schedule stays on track ends up being a huge deal for us and is something that is sorely lacking at the big corporate box stores. Brian and the install team are knowledgeable and aleays do a great job when installing their product. Highly recommend!
