A mi chemin entre un hotel local et une grande chaine hotelliere, vous avez ici le meilleur des deux mondes. Un acceuil chaleureux des proprietaires avec une decoration et des equipements a la pointe (2 tele 55 inches dans la suite par exemple... :)||La litterie est impecable, Les suites sont assez grandes. La location un peu excentree offre un calme la nuit. ||Meme reference que le client precedent - cet hotel est celui que je reserverai lorsque nous reviendrons voir un concert a casinorama...

Excellent rapport qualité/prix|Ils font attention aux détails et vous apportent des petits chocolats sur votre oreiller. Cuisinette avec frigo et micro onde ainsi que vaisselle disponible. Vous ne prendrez pas votre café avec un verre de styrofoam mais dans une tasse

Loved the room! We had a warm welcoming. Friendly manager and staff. Super clean room. Nice kitchen with fridge/microwave, sink, dishes...The manger was very accommodating for our needs. Excellent location. We will look forward to staying there for sure on our next trip.

I’m torn about how to rate this as it was based on the reasonable price (compared to others in the area). It’s a centrally located hotel that had clean, albeit outdated, rooms. Some ceiling damage was off-putting but didn’t interfere with our use of the room. (Would discourage use of the coffee maker as it looked like it had never been cleaned- typical in many hotel rooms.) We had booked two rooms, each with double beds, which included kitchenettes. Breakfast was good - super busy both mornings, but the very friendly, upbeat Michelle was doing a great job in keeping everything organized and the food offerings regularly replenished. Staff were pleasant, service was good as we needed an iron, which they brought up quickly. The hallways were very loud the first night but rooms inside were surprisingly quiet. The blackout curtains still allow morning light in around the windows so a sleep mask would have been handy. Beds adequately comfortable. We did not use the tiny indoor pool during our stay. Be aware that there will additional Municipal Accommodation Tax added at checkout. I would stay here again considering the value. It wasn’t a high end property by any means but it was clean, reasonably priced and a good location for where our weekend festivities were taking place in Oro-Medonte.

Disappointing! This hotel is OK but in my opinion, not 4* They misrepresent themselves. The hot tub was removed 2 years ago. The pool is tiny and not in service. Breakfast was limited, white bread, white bagels, yoghurt, cereal and scrambled eggs. There were no waffles (as advertised), no protein, fruit or whole grain options. Most of the staff don't speak English. The front desk said they haven't updated their website in 2 years. In our room, the carpet and ceiling was badly stained. There was construction directly above us. The hotel wasn't full so they could've given us a better and quieter room. There were no robes in the room either. Nothing was as advertised. This may have been a great place years ago but its getting run down. Sad. I wont be returning.
