We brought our almost 5 year old daughter to Stone Silo seeking parenting tips, advice and guidance through many tantrums, meltdowns and emotional struggles. We have noticed a positive change in our daughter’s daily life as she learns to navigate self-regulation and how to cope with stress and change. Jennifer has been a positive influence on our daughter and we are grateful for this program. Highly recommend if you’re feeling the weight of the world as a parent trying to maneuver and steer the rollercoaster that is parenting .

Stone Silo is amazing. The environment is welcoming and comforting and both counselors I have worked with have been incredible. Both Marisa and Mark have helped me through some tough times and are the most genuine people.

I met with Jennifer Nahwegahbow and she was incredible. I implemented strategies she suggested that afternoon with my daughter and already I saw improvement that night and morning because she slept better and therefore so did I! I'm very excited to build resiliency in my self and my daughter and try out more of her suggestions. She made sure to make the most of our time and offered resources I could access until our next meet. REALLY really appreciate the scope of her knowledge, down to earth and caring manner and ability to offer doable strategies that don't break the bank or require deep trauma work (though I'm into that too. ?) Highly recommend for deep feelers and unique neurotypes. ❤
